This course is accredited with the Services Seta and covers unit standard 14667 at NQF Level 4 worth 10 credits

Course Overview

Managers need to make decisions on a daily basis. But do they have the tools to think creatively and come up with well thought out and effective decisions. You have experienced times when you looked at solutions to work problems and said to yourself, “I should have thought of that”.   But you didn’t. Some people find it easy to solve problems or challenges in the workplace while others find it almost impossible.
