Imsimbi Training has a particular emphasis on values and ethics training. We believe that in changing delegates hearts, where they identify their purpose in life and realise their natural talents and gifts, they take the training to heart and hence are able to realise their full potential.
Imsimbi Training provides learnership training for both employed and unemployed learners in 13 different learnerships. To date we have conducted over 1000 learnerships.
We have a deep commitment to social responsibility and making a difference in poorer communities. Imsimbi Training together with Meriting Youth Development has trained over 1,250 unemployed youth in a two-month job readiness skills and qualification for free since 2013. Imsimbi has assisted many of these unemployed youth in finding jobs as well as assisting them in starting their own smme businesses.
We have highly qualified, experienced and dynamic facilitators. We have 40 facilitators nationally in all major centres. Many of our facilitators have doctoral degrees, master’s degrees or honours degrees. All our facilitators have many years’ experience in private and public organisations.
We practically apply course outcomes to the work environment. We use dynamic interactive teaching tools. Classes are fun, interactive and stimulating.
Imsimbi is moving into distance learning, where learners can do some of our courses through e-learning and blended learning methods.
