This short course is intended for people who need to plan, produce, use and evaluate presentations using a Graphical User Interface (GUI)-based presentation application either as a user of computers or as basic knowledge for a career needing this competency.

  • Create a template for presentation purposes using available features
  • Save a new template with a specific name in a specific folder
  • Use a created template to produce a presentation which is saved using a specific name
  • Edit a created template according to user requirements

  2. Prepare and produce a presentation according to a specified brief
    1. Prepare a presentation to meet the requirements of a supplied brief
      • Insert a new slide
    2. Save the presentation (preserve)

    3. Switch toolbar menus off and on
  4. Work with multiple presentations
    1. Open a number of existing presentations
    2. Switch control between the open presentations

FORMAT THE PRESENTATION

  1. Use special presentation effects
